In celebration of Women’s Day, Sino-Skos hosted a Women and Wellness Drive event on Wednesday, 09 August 2023 at Pimville Community Centre.

The purpose of the event was to launch the company officially after its 1 year of existence and kick start the Wellness program for women and girls. The event also aimed to provide a marketing platform for businesses.

Additionally, it was an occasional day to learn about current issues faced by women and listen to illustrious guest speaker by Dr Thabang Molefi from the Roots Health Center.

The event included a total number of 754 participants including children who were participating at the fun day event while adults enjoyed the indoor activities.

During the course of the day a netball and football tournament was scheduled with 4 teams participating. Medals and trophies were awarded to the champions.

Everyone was jamming to great music played by Dj Soul-Diba, Lucia, Uncle Rams and a special appearance by Abidoza.

Sino-Skos aims to continue with the drive at different provinces our next drive is Secunda (Mpumalanga).
